Southcreek Management Company was formed by a partnership that consisted of Harold H. Mullis, J Pat Williams, and Ted W. Hahn on January 2, 1992. Southcreek Operated in a joint venture with Central State Managers for 21 years. As of August 16th, 2013, the company began operating solely as Southcreek Management Company. Southcreek Management currently manage 26 multifamily properties in the state of Kentucky.

Harold H. Mullis – President
Harold H. Mullis is the Co-founder of Southcreek Properties along with J Pat Williams and Ted W. Hahn on January 2, 1992. Southcreek developed and constructed 25 affordable housing complexes that are now a part of Southcreek Management’s portfolio. There are approximately 2000 units currently being managed in the state of Kentucky.
Jesse Mullis – General Manager
Jesse Mullis started as General Manager for Southcreek Management Company in August of 2013. Jesse graduated from the University of Kentucky and continued on to obtain his real estate license. He is currently advancing in his goal of becoming a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management and has also completed and acquired his Certified Occupancy Specialist designation. Jesse’s objective is to help provide the absolute best multifamily affordable housing and continue to grow and expand to the developing needs of the community.
Marcie Casey – Property Supervisor for Southcreek Management Company
Marcie Casey has 38 years in the housing industry with Southcreek Management Company. Marcie started out as a manager for subsidized and conventional units. Presently, she is supervising 9 separate properties totaling 736 units.
Susan Clifton – Property Supervisor for Southcreek Management Company
Susan Clifton began her career in property management in 1978 managing conventional multifamily housing. She has been with Southcreek Management Company as a property supervisor for 26 years starting in 1987. Susan is responsible for the daily operations of 9 different properties totaling 631 units.
Susan recruits, trains, and supervises on-site staff. She works with staff and contractors to ensure quality workmanship to provide superior affordable multifamily housing for our residents. Susan was named “Outstanding Property Supervisor” at the HUD/SAHMA Housing Management Conference in 1995 and 2013.
Becky Barber – Bookkeeper for Southcreek Management Company
Becky Barber has been with Southcreek Management Company for 26 years. She started out as a property manager at Gainsway Village Apartments for 6 years before becoming the bookkeeper. Becky’s responsibilities include: Posting and paying all invoices, balancing all bank accounts, posting all deposits for each complex, prepares all company reports, and much more.
Jenny Doyle – TRACS Coordinator for Southcreek Management Company
Jenny Doyle started in 2010 as a property manager for Willow Oaks Apartments in Versailles, Ky. In 2011, Jenny moved to the central office of Southcreek Management Company and became the TRACS Coordinator.
Jenny’s responsibility includes assisting the managers in move in/move out, transfers, and recertification’s. She transmits through TRACS for voucher billing for our monthly Housing Assistance Payments. Jenny also helps train managers to use our computer software Yardi Classic.
Tonya Fuller – TRACS Coordinator for Southcreek Management Company
Tonya Fuller started in June of 1993 as an on-site property manager for Elmwood Apartments in Nicholasville, Ky and was also a part time on-site manager at Prall Place Apartments in Lexington, Ky. In 2009, Tonya became a TRACS Coordinator for Southcreek Management Company which put her at 20 years with the company.
Tonya’s responsibilities includes assisting managers with Yardi Classic, voucher billing, files special claims, inputs maintenance reports, repayment agreements, helps on annual recertification’s when needed, and much more.
