How do I apply?

Is the rent based on my income? (Excluding Conventional Apartments)
Yes. After your application is approved, the on-site manager will help determine your rent based on your household income and applicable program guidelines.
Are there security deposits?

Can I pay the rent or security deposit with cash?
No. Rent and security deposits must be paid by check or money order.
What size apartment do I qualify for? (Excluding Conventional Apartments)
Household size generally determines unit size as follows:
- 1–3 persons: 1 Bedroom
- 2–5 persons: 2 Bedroom
- 3–7 persons: 3 Bedroom
- 4–9 persons: 4 Bedroom
