Jesse Mullis joined Southcreek Management Company as General Manager in August 2013. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, he holds a real estate license and has earned both the Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designations. He is currently working toward the Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

As General Manager, Jesse provides overall leadership and oversight of company operations, including property performance, compliance, staff development, and strategic growth. He is committed to delivering high-quality affordable multifamily housing while supporting the evolving needs of the communities Southcreek serves.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and loves fishing and hunting.

Jayne Robin joined Southcreek Management Company in 2014 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Director of Compliance and Property Accountant in 2022. With more than 25 years of experience in multifamily property management and compliance, she previously worked as a compliance coordinator, paralegal, and property manager. In Indiana, she assisted with tax credit applications through the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority to rehabilitate historic buildings for elderly and disabled housing.

In her current role, Jayne oversees compliance, staff training, policies and procedures, payroll, management fees, and a range of accounting functions. She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies with a minor in Accounting from Sullivan University (1992) and is a certified Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Notary Public.

Outside of work, Jayne enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her granddaughter. She also serves as Treasurer of her homeowners association and Vice President of the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.

Melissa Schick joined Southcreek Management Company as Bookkeeper in 2023. She entered the affordable housing industry in 2020 after 13 years in hospitality management as an Executive Chef. Following her transition into property management, she gained experience in property operations and resident services before moving into her current role at the home office.

In her position, Melissa continues to expand her financial expertise while drawing on the leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills developed throughout her diverse career.

Rob has been with Southcreek Management Company since 2013 and currently serves as Maintenance Supervisor. With more than 35 years of experience in building construction and maintenance, he oversees all capital improvement projects across Southcreek’s properties. He works closely with property supervisors, managers, and on-site maintenance technicians to coordinate, schedule, and complete major improvement projects.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as camping, hiking, and fishing.

Vicki has been with Southcreek Management Company since 2010 and brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily property management, including over four years specializing in elderly and disabled housing.

She oversees staff at six properties across Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. These communities include a mix of HUD Section 8, LIHTC, HOME, and market-rate units, with most serving elderly and disabled residents. Vicki ensures managers remain in full compliance with HUD guidelines and program requirements while closely monitoring budgets and delinquency performance.

She holds certifications as a Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS).

Vicki is passionate about providing quality affordable housing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her sons and grandchildren.

Julie has been with Southcreek Management Company since 2005 and brings more than 21 years of experience in multifamily housing. She works closely with and oversees 18 employees across 10 properties throughout Kentucky.

In her role, she focuses on operational performance, staff development, and maintaining high standards of resident service and property condition across her portfolio.

Julie finds great fulfillment in interacting with residents and helping families secure safe, sanitary, and affordable housing. She is known for her strong communication skills and the close, supportive relationships she builds with both employees and residents.

Outside of work, she enjoys weekend trips and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She has a big heart for animals and loves interacting with them whenever she can.

Tonya began her career with Southcreek Management Company in June 1993 as the on-site property manager at Elmwood Apartments in Nicholasville, Kentucky. She later also served as part-time manager at Prall Place Apartments in Lexington. In 2009, she transitioned to the corporate office as Subsidy Administrator and has now been with the company for 33 years.

In her current role, Tonya supports property managers with OneSite, day-to-day operational issues, monthly reporting, voucher billing, tax credit compliance, and a wide range of other needs as they arise.

In her free time, Tonya enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren—whether attending sporting events or simply visiting.

Jenny Doyle began her career with Southcreek Management Company in 2010 as Property Manager at Willow Oaks Apartments in Versailles, Kentucky. In 2011 she moved to the central office and assumed the role of Subsidy Administrator (now TRACS Coordinator).

In her current position, Jenny supports property managers with move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and recertifications. She is responsible for transmitting TRACS voucher billing for the company’s monthly Housing Assistance Payments and provides training to on-site staff on RealPage/OneSite software.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her multi-generational family.

Latasha Townsend joined Southcreek Management Company with 12 years of experience in HUD housing.

In her role as Regional Property Supervisor, she oversees a portfolio of Section 8–regulated apartment communities and conventional units. Latasha supervises on-site property managers and ensures full compliance with HUD and Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) requirements. She bridges day-to-day property operations with regulatory oversight, helping deliver consistent, high-quality service to residents.

Latasha has particularly enjoyed the opportunity to work alongside individuals and families as they work toward their housing goals.
